Four steps: (1) reading of your CV and letter within 5 days, (2) 30-minute phone call with the hiring manager, (3) home exercise or case study adapted to the role (never more than 4 hours of work), (4) day of exchanges at the office or by video with 3 to 4 team members. We debrief and come back with an answer within 5 days after the last step.
For most positions, we require Moroccan tax residency — it's simpler for contracts, payroll and social security. For some remote tech roles, we can discuss an international freelance setup, but it's the exception. The Moroccan diaspora returning to the country is more than welcome — we've already welcomed three returns.
Hybrid model by default for Casablanca: 2 days office (Tuesday and Thursday), 3 days free. Some positions are 100% remote from anywhere in Morocco — specified on each listing. We organize two off-sites per year to bring the whole team together in person.
